"Felt like I had to chase them for everything"
The updates were poor. I kept having to chase them just to find out what was going on, which got frustrating fast. It kind of gave me the impression that once they had the money, keeping me informed wasn’t much of a priority.

"Packaging arrived in a right state"
This only turned up today, so it’s still fresh in my mind, but the box was in a proper state, crushed and half open like it had been kicked around on the way here. The workwear was all still inside, thankfully, but the packaging definitely didn’t give the best first impression. Not really what I expect when I’m ordering new stuff

"Refund came through eventually"
I did get my refund in the end, so no real complaints there. It was a bit slower than I expected, but if you're not in a huge rush, it's fine.

"Personalisation could’ve been better"
The item itself was fine, but the logo came out a bit patchy and wasn’t centered properly. I was expecting a cleaner finish, so yeah, a little disappointed with the personalisation.

"Surprisingly decent for a big jacket order"
We ordered a ton of jackets and, to be fair, most of it went smoother than I expected. A couple showed up late, which wasn’t ideal, but support actually handled it quickly. Not the most flawless experience ever, but better than some companies manage with big orders.

"Showed in stock... but wasn’t"
I ordered some work trousers because the website said they were in stock... then a few days later I got an email saying they didn’t actually have them and I could either wait or choose something else. Frustrating, especially as I needed them for work that week. The stock info really should be kept up to date. In the end it just wasted my time and I had to order from somewhere else.

"I tried ordering a pair of work..."
I tried ordering a pair of work trousers, but the website kept freezing and the menus were all over the place. The weird part is, it should’ve been a really simple order, but I ended up wasting about 20 minutes just trying to get through it. In the end I gave up because it was getting too annoying to use.

"Bit pricey for basic workwear"
Quality was fine overall, but felt like the prices were higher than they should be for basic workwear. Would probably only buy again if there was a sale

"Logo print looked off from the start"
We ordered some workwear with our logo printed on it, and I noticed the issues as soon as I took the shirts out of the bag. The print looked a bit faded, but what really bugged me was that it wasn’t lined up properly, the edge of the logo sat slightly lower on one side, and once I saw it I couldn’t unsee it.

After just a couple of washes, the print started cracking in little lines across the letters, especially around the smaller details in the logo. For the price, I expected it to look sharper and hold up better. I’d maybe use them for plain items, but I wouldn’t order printed workwear from them again...

"Ordered a few work tops with our logo..."
Ordered a few work tops with our logo embroidered, and my quick take was: not bad, but not quite as tidy as I’d hoped. The colours look right and most of the stitching is fine, but I spotted a couple of rough edges pretty much straight away when I looked closer. It’s not awful by any means, just feels like it could’ve been a bit cleaner. Delivery was fine, no issues there. I’d maybe use them again, but I’m not totally sold

"Checkout was way more hassle than it needed to be"
I was just trying to order some work trousers from directworkwearonline.com, but the checkout turned into such a headache. There were already too many steps to get through, and then after I entered all my details, the page froze twice.

When I finally got to the payment bit, it just kicked me back without saying what went wrong. I had to keep putting the same info in again and still had no idea if the order had actually gone through. In the end, I just gave up because it was far too frustrating for something that should’ve taken a few minutes.

"Trousers were fine, but the support was slow"
In the end, the work trousers were alright and did the job, but the whole customer service side left me a bit frustrated. I’d ordered them because I needed them for work, and I had a quick question about sizing before properly relying on them.

I emailed over and it took a few days to get a reply, which wasn’t ideal. When they finally got back to me, the answer was brief and didn’t really cover everything I’d asked. Not a terrible experience overall, but it definitely felt slow and not especially helpful.

"Delivery was a bit all over the place"
I ordered some work trousers and delivery info, was not very clear at all. They gave me a date, but the parcel turned up days after that, which was annoying because for work I actually needed them. The trousers themselves were fine, no issue there, but the whole waiting around thing put me off a bit. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again.

Most of my order was fine, but one item came in the wrong size. Everything else was okay, so maybe it’s not a huge deal, but I feel like expecting the right size isn’t too much to ask, right?

"Sizing was a mess"
I ordered my normal size, but the fit was completely off. I checked the size chart beforehand, it didn’t help much at all. Then dealing with the return just made the whole thing more frustrating. Maybe the quality is fine, but the sizing issue kind of ruined it for me. I wouldn’t order workwear from here again unless they fix that.

"I had to send back a pair..."
I had to send back a pair of trousers because the sizing was bigger than I expected. Finding the return form was straightforward, but having to pay the postage myself was a bit frustrating, especially when I was already feeling mentally drained and couldn’t be bothered with extra hassle.

They did let me know once the parcel had arrived back, but it took a few days and I ended up chasing them by email once. It wasn’t awful, just one of those things that felt more tiring than it needed to be.

The refund did come through eventually, so overall it was okay. I might order again, but I’d definitely check the sizing more carefully next time before buying
